The recommended dose of Xeloda (Capecitabine) varies according to body size. You may need to take a combination of 150 mg and 500 mg tablets. Xeloda (Capecitabine) is normally given in 2 equal doses twice a day for 2 weeks followed by a rest period of one week. This cycle is repeated until treatment is complete, as assessed by your doctor.
Xeloda (Capecitabine) tablets should be swallowed whole with water within 30 minutes after the end of a meal. Do not crush, chew, or cut the tablets.
